The best way to get to know Livingston Community Shed is to come along and see what we’re up to. We meet regularly in Carmondean and are always happy to welcome visitors.
10am–11am
You’ll usually find us at the Barn Café,
Carmondean Community Centre
Nether Dechmont, Livingston, EH54 8AX
This is our coffee-and-catch-up time (often involving bacon rolls). After that, we head to the garden behind the South Barn to get on with projects and burn off some of those calories.
The café is closed on these days, so we’re based in the garden behind the South Barn.
10am–1pm
We take a short break inside the South Barn between around 11am–12pm.
This is where we work on woodworking and metal projects, upholstery, and gardening tasks.
(Approach quietly — if we hear you coming, we might pretend we’re very busy…)
We’re a relaxed, friendly group and new faces are always welcome. Come along for a cuppa, a chat, and a look around; you can decide in your own time if you’d like to get involved.
