Mosswood benches
 We undertake projects for the community, taking care of 5 community gardens including Mosswood as shown on the left, where we refurbished the benches, gravelled the barbecue area and maintain the beds.

Here was the re-opening of the area with the Kniightsridge Angels.

Our first project brief was to produce an outdoor chess and draughts set for the community centre.

Storage is at a premium, so the pieces couldn’t be 3D

We settled on a ‘pocket chess’ design of flat disks but large!

We obtained 40 barrel ends from a local cooperage and turned them from this:

Lid
 Into this:
 Chess Pawns
Culminating in the chess board at
Carmondean Community Centre.
